Hi. I’m Kim Inman and I live and work in Harriman, Tennessee. I was born in Harriman, moved away as a child and moved back after high school. So, I know this area very well having lived here over 40 years.
I began my real estate career in 1988 and opened my own office in 2009. Funny, my husband tried to get me to open my own office for years and I decided to do just that in the worst economy ever! However, God indeed blessed that move! My daughter Megan and I started out in a rental in Downtown Harriman and two years later we bought our own building. I’ve been blessed with over 20 wonderful agents .
Short story about the building. It was owned many years ago by my great grandmother. At that time she owned the Patton Hotel and this building sat beside the hotel. I didn’t know that history at the time of my purchase.
I’m thankful for ALL of the clients that have entrusted me with their housing needs and look forward to working with new and returning clients through the coming years.
I have an active family life with grands, hubby, kids and pygmy goats along with being involved in my church and community.
